1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the AK LSB platform, including the website at aklsb.pro and the AK LSB mobile application available for Android and iOS. The Terms cover all services offered by AK LSB, including casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting, bonuses and promotions, VIP rewards and all other features accessible through your account.

AK LSB reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or following any unusual account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements set out above.

3Account Responsibility

Your AK LSB account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials, including all bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested.

• Keep your login details secure. Do not share your password with anyone. AK LSB will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone.
• Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact support through the details on the platform.
• Do not allow others to use your account. Accounts are non-transferable. Allowing another person to play on your account, even a family member, is a breach of these Terms.
• Keep your contact details current. An outdated email address or phone number can cause delays in verification, withdrawal processing and support responses.

AK LSB is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where reasonable account security measures were not maintained by the account holder.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on AK LSB are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant bank transfer
• Direct bank transfer (all major Pakistani commercial banks)
• Debit and bank cards

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits are credited to your account balance after successful confirmation from the payment provider. AK LSB does not charge a fee on standard deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used for deposit where possible. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you are required to complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued ID. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Processing times vary by payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers. VIP members at higher tiers receive priority processing.

Bonus funds: Funds received as part of a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement is completed. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the wagering requirement will result in bonus cancellation.

5Bonuses & Promotions

AK LSB runs a range of bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms displayed at the point of claiming the offer.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds and free spin winnings carry a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount (or winnings) a specified number of times before you can withdraw. The applicable multiplier is shown on each offer.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time. A new bonus cannot be claimed until any active bonus has been completed or forfeited.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in the bonus terms.

6Game Rules & Fairness

Each game operates using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently certified by the respective provider's auditors.

• RTP (Return to Player): Each game has a published RTP percentage. This is a long-term statistical average, not a guarantee of short-term returns. Individual session outcomes will vary.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, error or disconnection, any affected bets will be declared void and stakes returned. AK LSB is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7Sports Betting Rules

• Bet acceptance: A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation notice on the platform. Bets that fail to receive confirmation for any reason — including connectivity issues — are not valid.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are accepted at AK LSB's discretion. In-play odds update in real time. AK LSB reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point during a match.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided in cases where a match is abandoned, postponed beyond a defined threshold, or if incorrect odds were published due to a manifest error. Stakes on voided bets are returned.
• Manifest errors: If odds or bet details are published due to an obvious error, AK LSB reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes, even after the event has concluded.
• Cricket-specific rules: For PSL and T20 matches, standard cricket betting rules apply. Match result markets are settled on the official result at the close of play. Rain interruptions and DLS method results are honoured where the official result stands.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum single-bet winnings are subject to per-market and per-event limits published in the betting section. Bets exceeding these limits will be accepted at the maximum payout amount.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AK LSB. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, cancellation of winnings and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud: Use of stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment methods. Chargebacks initiated in bad faith after completing wagering activity.
• Multi-accounting: Registering more than one account, whether personally or via a third party, in order to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent limits.

• Money laundering: Using AK LSB accounts to deposit, move or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering or financial crime activity.

9Responsible Gaming

10Account Suspension & Closure

• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or financial crime.
• Confirmed or suspected use of prohibited software or multi-accounting.
• A court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 months with a remaining balance — in such cases, AK LSB will attempt to contact you before any action is taken.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not involved in the breach will be reviewed for return on a case-by-case basis.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting AK LSB support. Pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed normally, provided your account is in good standing.

11Limitation of Liability

AK LSB provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical issues.

• AK LSB is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, game errors or connectivity issues outside its reasonable control.
